Collection and use of personal information

Personal information means any information that may be used to identify you, such as your name, title, phone number, email address, mailing address or IP address.

You can browse our website without giving any personal information. However, there are contact forms on our site that, should you use them, require you to share some personal information. The personal information we collect is purely for the purpose of fulfilling your order or answering your enquiry and is safely secured.

If you place an order with us, you will receive emails or text messages (depending on the details you have provided during checkout) that directly relate to your order or delivery, from Tabby Ties, PayPal, or one of our delivery partners (if relevant).

If you sign up to our mailing list, you are consenting to us sending you occasional updates and offers via email. You may unsubscribe from these mailings at any time using the unsubscribe link in the footer of the emails.

We will not share your personal data with any third party and data is stored only for the purposes detailed above. Under GDPR you are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Contact us via our contact form on the contact page to request this.

This website is built on the Shopify platform and the payment processors we use are Shopify Payments and PayPal.

A cookie is a small text file containing information that a website transfers to your computer’s hard disk for record-keeping purposes and allows us to analyse our site traffic patterns. A cookie cannot give us access to your computer or to information beyond what you provide us.

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies. Consult your browser’s manual or online help if you want information on restricting or disabling the browser’s handling of cookies.

If you disable cookies, you can still view the publicly available information on our website. We only use cookies to store your preferences on the website but no personal data about you.

Google Analytics

When someone visits our website we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way that does not identify anyone by default.

If you accept our cookies policy popup when visiting our website, then IP addresses are associated with the analytics data to help us improve our service. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
