Changed your mind?

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges. The only exceptions to this are personalised or bespoke items which are non-returnable unless faulty.

We want you to be delighted with everything you purchase from Tabby Ties. All of our items are either handmade in the UK or carefully selected by us from third parties.

If for any reason you change your mind or are not satisfied with your order, please contact us via the form on our contact page to let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. You have 28 days to return your order for a full refund or exchange, including a refund of your delivery fee (equal to the value of our cheapest delivery option to your region).

We can only accept returns of items that are in ‘as new’, unused condition. If possible, return in the original packaging. When you contact us, we will provide the return address details.

Unfortunately, we can not cover the cost of return postage. It is up to you to select an appropriate delivery service and obtain proof of posting as we can not cover the cost of items lost in transit.

We will refund you via your original payment method within 7 days.

Faulty items

If any of your items arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately via the contact form on our contact page in the first instance. We may ask you to send us a photo and explain what’s wrong.

Don’t worry, we will sort out the problem as soon as we can and offer either a full refund, including the full delivery charge, or offer a suitable replacement, if available, with no additional delivery charge to you.
